This position allows for a flexible work setting, as you will primarily operate in a remote capacity while occasionally interacting with clients in our outpatient office environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and document client cases from initial consultations to the completion of treatment, ensuring accurate records and continuity of care.

• Evaluate and assess clients’ mental, behavioral, and emotional health through structured interviews and standardized assessments to inform tailored intervention plans.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, and families, while utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, providing clients with tools and strategies to navigate their mental health challenges.
\n
• Continuously monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health concerns.

• Support clients in identifying and mitigating potential barriers to recovery, empowering them in their journey toward mental well-being.
\n
• Educate and guide family members and primary caregivers in managing their loved ones' mental health challenges and understanding their role in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• A passing score in the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
\n
• Demonstrated experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within outpatient settings.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, for efficient documentation and client management.
\n
• Understanding of various mental health disorders, including co-occurring disorders, and their impact on individual recovery.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally sensitive practices.

• Knowledge of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and standards.
\n
• Understanding of pharmacological treatments and their effects as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience, alongside a generous sign-on bonus.
