Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews to gather information and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop customized treatment plans and deliver individualized therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches as deemed appropriate.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in various formats, including one-on-one therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, adapting approaches to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

• Respond swiftly to mental health crises, offering crisis intervention support and stabilization strategies when clients are in acute distress.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both psychological and physical health needs.

• Engage clients and their families in discussions regarding treatment options, mental health education, and community resources to empower them in their own care journey.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends and innovations in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
