Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is the geriatric population, comprising elderly individuals facing a range of psychiatric conditions. You will collaborate with clients who are experiencing significant transitions, including health declines or bereavement, bringing empathetic support and expert care strategies to aid their mental wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with older adults, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique psychological needs and cultural backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation and management of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
