Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s trauma narrative and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-specific treatment methodologies is crucial.
