Work Environment

This position operates in an onsite home care environment, where our Physical Therapists visit patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including reviewing pertinent medical history and conducting specific assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement treatment protocols that are informed by clinical evidence and tailored to each patient's unique physical condition and health needs.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers when necessary, adapting care plans based on real-time patient condition assessments and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a provider at Better Living Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, or undergoing rehabilitation post-injury. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
