Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, offering therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's specific challenges and circumstances.

• Thoroughly assess new client histories to establish comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other mental health professionals, ensuring holistic care.

• Consult with the Clinical Director to develop and refine program activities, aimed at optimizing the therapeutic experience for all clients.

• Participate actively in credentialing and interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with psychiatric providers and clinical staff to coordinate care effectively.

• Document all patient interactions and ongoing assessments in pertinent platforms to maintain compliance and assist with treatment evaluation.

• Measure and document the impact of therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies where necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and workshops, remaining current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage with a varied client base, including individuals from diverse backgrounds, age groups, and walks of life. Our client population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental differences. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in helping clients develop coping mechanisms and strategies for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure in the state of Washington as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing therapeutic services to children and families.

• Proficiency in empirically supported treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and more, ensuring a diverse toolkit for client interventions.
