Key Responsibilities\n

Your work will primarily focus on supporting individuals and families receiving hospice and palliative care services. Understanding cultural sensitivities and providing trauma-informed care will be crucial in your role as you help them cope, communicate openly about their fears and wishes, and connect to necessary support systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
