Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Develop personalized and evidence-informed treatment plans that reflect the unique objectives and preferences of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions employing various approaches, including but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify coping strategies and life skills that empower them to manage their symptoms effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including supervision and case consultations, to continually enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will empower clients in their journey towards improved mental health and daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (i.e., LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapy practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• A commitment to ongoing education and professional growth in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
