Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups to cultivate a sense of community and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals to create a coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring timely responses during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with community resources and referral networks within the Oceanside area to support patients’ comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
