Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adult patients who present a range of mental health conditions, often alongside complex medical issues. You will develop rapport with individuals who have varying needs and levels of readiness for treatment, using tailored approaches to engage them effectively. The goal is to foster a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel comfortable expressing their struggles and seeking assistance.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience in assessing and treating mental health needs, particularly for patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
