Key Responsibilities\n

• You will create and maintain detailed progress notes, comprehensive closing summaries, and transfer documents pertaining to client cases, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to aid in client recovery.

• Provide specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department, including coordination of unique programs designed to enhance service delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications\n
