This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your own space while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, giving you the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule between 10 to 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, while utilizing graduate-level clinical social work methodologies to tailor interventions appropriate to client needs.

• Assess patient and family psychosocial needs, developing and implementing appropriate triaged care plans for effective treatment.
\n
• Maintain open communication with team members about assessment findings, treatment interventions, and patient care plans during interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

• Provide competent care that meets the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients, emphasizing the importance of person-centered approaches.

• Offer case management services to facilitate consultation and collaboration with hospital staff, community professionals, and local programs to deliver comprehensive treatment options for assigned patients.

• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all documentation required by departmental standards, maintaining an efficient workflow within clinical operations.

• Integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques alongside other evidence-based modalities to support patients and families in achieving their individualized service plan goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be primarily supporting patients in a detox center, dealing with various mental health issues that require specialized attention. Your expertise will assist in managing cases that typically present with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Our approach emphasizes holistic care and stability for clients at different recovery stages, aiming to build resilience and coping strategies that enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in detox or substance abuse treatment settings is highly valued.
