Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client histories, presenting concerns, and therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring progression toward their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other practices in your sessions.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, providing ongoing support and guidance to empower clients in their healing journeys.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while documenting sessions in compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide support, address concerns, and encourage adherence to therapeutic recommendations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Fluency in culturally competent, evidence-based therapeutic approaches is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
