Gofractional is seeking a Fractional Head of Sales to build and scale our founding Sales team remotely. The role is part-time and salary is not fixed, with compensation discussed hourly. You will partner with the founder to establish processes, targets, and a scalable go-to-market motion.
The ideal candidate has CRO/VP Sales experience at SaaS startups, a track record of growing ARR from under $1M to $10M+, and the ability to hire, coach, and lead a distributed sales team.
