Work Environment

As a full-time employee, you will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, focusing on improving patient outcomes while engaging in continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Calibre Ortho Care, you will:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess the needs of both pediatric and adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, ensuring evidence-based practices are utilized for effective recovery.
• Regularly monitor and document the progress of patients, utilizing the SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) note system in our electronic records to maintain accurate and timely records.
• Engage with patients and their families, providing education on recovery processes and addressing any challenges they may encounter.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, discussing patient cases and service delivery to optimize health outcomes.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the operational success of the therapy department.
• Actively promote and embody Calibre Ortho Care's core values, serving as an ambassador of our culture in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will include a diverse array of individuals requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. This will involve working with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, and addressing sports-related injuries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in not only restoring mobility but also enhancing the overall quality of life for those you treat.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Willingness to provide evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, as appropriate.
• A passion for working with a diverse patient population, encompassing various ages, races, and ethnicities.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service excellence.
• The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and cooperative engagement.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates who possess experience in orthopedic physical therapy, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and previous exposure to multidisciplinary settings will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a strong salary, our benefits package includes:
