Key Responsibilities

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients, even in remote settings.
• Empathy and understanding, with the ability to connect with clients on emotional levels while guiding them through challenging experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills that allow for effective management of therapy sessions, documentation, and case follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly desirable.
