Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality in service delivery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular consultations and case reviews to optimize client outcomes and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and stay current with the latest advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma resolution, or substance abuse treatment is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000–90,000 per year, with caseload and pay reflecting your experience and availability.
