Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions to adult clients leveraging evidence-based practices and a solution-focused methodology.
• Utilize teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and engagement for clients.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate interventions when required, to ensure client safety and stability.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who seek support for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, candidates with a background in telehealth therapy or those who have worked in high-demand counseling environments will find themselves particularly well-suited for this role. Additionally, experience in crisis intervention or specialized therapeutic modalities will be an asset.
