Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients using various evidence-based techniques, primarily focusing on CBT.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions accurately and promptly in our electronic health record system.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with the latest mental health practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes and holistic care for clients.
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining a high level of documentation and communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses primarily on adults seeking mental health support for various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for fostering a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages open dialogue and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from a regionally accredited university.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
• Strong writing and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear therapy records and client progress notes.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling modalities.
• Specialization or additional certifications in specific therapeutic techniques or populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
