Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health and emotional needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Set and monitor therapeutic goals, providing ongoing feedback and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in collaborative case management with multidisciplinary team members, working together to address complex client needs.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training workshops, peer review sessions, and supervision.

Qualifications

The ideal candidates for the Licensed Mental Health Counselor positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize various therapeutic modalities in real-world settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse client backgrounds.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor that fosters a healing environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings or specialized training in trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or substance use disorders may be given preference. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. Besides a lucrative base salary, our benefits package includes:
