Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible work arrangements, primarily conducted remotely. However, as part of our outpatient office setting, you might occasionally interact with clients in-person, requiring a gentle and adaptive approach. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing validated assessment tools and methodologies.

• Design, implement, and evaluate customized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and preferences of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other recognized therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment efforts for optimal client outcomes.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
