Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our advanced rehabilitation facility, which is equipped to handle a diverse range of physical therapy needs. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments of patients' physical capabilities, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
• Design individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, tailored to restore function and enhance independence.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities that are suited to patient interests and capabilities.
• Utilize specialized equipment and adaptive devices to support patient rehabilitation efforts.
• Provide ongoing assessments and documentation that demonstrate patient progress and treatment modifications.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of patients, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals, all presenting various orthopedic challenges. Your role will involve addressing conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. By tailoring your approach to each patient's psychosocial and developmental needs, you will actively contribute to their recovery journey.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's (MSPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
