This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while effectively connecting with clients across various locations. You will benefit from a flexible schedule, available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments that evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, utilizing structured interview techniques and relevant assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with assessment findings and clients' personal goals, integrating evidence-based practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy to address diverse client needs.

• Monitor and document clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and advocacy for clients’ mental health needs.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of practice, as mandated by state licensing boards and professional organizations, ensuring the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients consist of a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families who come to us seeking support for various mental health challenges. These include mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. By using teletherapy, we ensure that all clients, regardless of their geographical location or physical limitations, can receive the compassionate care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Exceptional skills in establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
