Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions with individual adults, applying evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Monitor client progress through automated symptom self-assessments and functional measures, adjusting treatment plans collaboratively to ensure effective outcomes.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate coordinated treatment approaches.

• Utilize our custom-built electronic medical record (EMR) system for streamlined documentation, integrating assessment tools and crisis protocols to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult clients from various backgrounds, including those at higher risk for mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Your expertise will help guide them in developing coping strategies and achieving their therapy goals, while your culturally responsive approach ensures that care is tailored to the diverse needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your efforts and commitment will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary of $115,000 to $130,000, alongside additional performance bonuses.
