Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to diverse client groups, tailoring approaches to meet each individual's unique needs.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, risks, and strengths, establishing effective treatment pathways.

• Develop, revise, and implement personalized treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations of progress and shifting client requirements.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records, documenting client interactions, treatment goals, and progress notes within electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population comprising children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families coping with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding the unique cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of your clients to offer care that resonates and is culturally competent, thus fostering stronger therapeutic alliances and improved outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• At least three years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, ideally in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients and build trusting relationships.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for client management and documentation, including experience with electronic health record systems.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and supportiveness.

• Thorough knowledge of local mental health regulations and community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
