Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health concerns and tailor effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy using a range of evidence-based techniques, focusing on facilitating personal growth, resilience, and well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly track and assess progress, ensuring treatment remains aligned with their evolving needs.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for client documentation and management while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development and partake in peer consultations to refine therapeutic techniques and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents, who present with varying emotional and psychological challenges. You will have the chance to help clients address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, contributing significantly to their journeys towards mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
