Key Responsibilities\n

• As a licensed therapist, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, management, and treatment of clients experiencing a vast array of mental health concerns.

• You will conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, providing individualized counseling, psychotherapy, and follow-up sessions tailored to each patient’s needs.
\n
• Individualized Treatment: Utilize diverse therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy adjusted based on client preferences.

• Employ data-driven methods to monitor and evaluate client responses to treatment, adjusting care as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Function independently while also collaborating with case management to ensure holistic care for all patients.
\n
• Participate actively in crisis management, utilizing your strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess and intervene as necessary.

• Maintain accurate records using electronic medical records (EMR) and comfortable with remote communication technologies to engage with patients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals across various demographics facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety, ADHD, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief. Our holistic approach ensures that you are equipped to handle a wide range of mental health disorders and treatment pathways.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related disciplines is required.
\n
• Current state licensure as a Social Worker, Licensure in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Proven track record of delivering care without any history of medical malpractice claims, verified by third-party sources.
\n
• Authorized to work in the U.S., with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong familiarity with a broad range of mental health disorders, providing you with a solid foundation to support diverse patients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
