Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Liberty Healthcare, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of:

• Diagnosing and treating individual, couple, and family mental health disorders through assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with clients to address complex issues that affect relationships and mental health.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and relational therapy.

• Supplementing therapy with referrals to specialized services when necessary, including support groups or additional mental health specialists.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and ethical standards.

• Engaging in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will encompass a variety of demographics including individuals dealing with marital conflict, family disputes, grief and loss, psychological and physical abuse, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce. You will create a supportive environment to help patients navigate life transitions, blended family dynamics, and workplace stress, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
