Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop customized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, using a compassionate and strengths-based approach.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
