Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, fostering a safe and engaging environment for clients across various age groups.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current LICSW license to practice independently in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time LICSW position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and a competitive compensation structure as a W2 employee.
