Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• Create individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and outline steps for achieving optimal mental health.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through secure virtual platforms, designing sessions that cater to individual client circumstances and preferences.
• Engage collaboratively with clients to develop therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and clients’ progress to ensure continuity of care.
• Actively participate in regular team meetings and peer supervision, sharing experiences and refining therapeutic techniques to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with various mental health conditions and populations, particularly in a telehealth or remote environment.
• A background in evidence-based treatment modalities is preferred, with a willingness to adopt new techniques and methods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple client caseloads effectively.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
