The Carolyn Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to provide essential mental health support through teletherapy, making an impactful difference in the lives of our clients. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate confidential therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, to cater to the diverse needs of clients.

• Craft personalized treatment plans centered around clients' individual goals, considering their unique circumstances and backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, reflecting various cultural backgrounds, life experiences, and individual stories. Your role will be significant in not only providing therapy but also understanding and respecting the unique perspectives of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong independent work ethic and the ability to manage a flexible schedule while maintaining productivity.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in utilizing technology for virtual therapy sessions.

• A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of practical experience in mental health therapy, with a proven track record of helping clients navigate their mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
