Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilization of screening tools to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that suit their unique circumstances.

• Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services, addressing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, while using evidence-based techniques.

• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy groups and workshops focused on well-being and personal development, fostering emotional resilience and community support among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical staff and care coordinators, to ensure that patients receive holistic care and continuous support.

• Participate in outreach initiatives that enhance mental health awareness and promote preventive steps within the community through workshops and informational events.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records adhering to all ethical, legal, and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families, each facing distinct mental health challenges. By using telehealth systems, you will be able to reach patients who may have barriers to traditional in-person therapy, ensuring that care is accessible and tailored to individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field; a master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
\n
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges faced by patients in a hospital or clinical environment, particularly those relating to mental health crises.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective engagement with patients, building trust and rapport in a virtual setting.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models that are beneficial in a telehealth environment.
\n
• The ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic work setting, managing a diverse caseload while maintaining prioritization and focus on patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
