Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with clients from various backgrounds, providing culturally competent care that addresses their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unencumbered state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop trusting relationships with clients and effectively convey therapeutic concepts.

• Empathy, compassion, and an ability to maintain a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions are critical.

• Proven organizational abilities and effective time management skills to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
