Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional challenges, and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and concerns.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and various mindfulness approaches, tailoring them to individuals, families, and groups.

• Monitor clients’ progress meticulously, utilizing appropriate clinical measures and tools to adjust treatment plans based on their ongoing needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain secure and accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate holistic client care and referrals when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
