Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to clearly identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities. Ensure your therapeutic approaches are customized to suit each client's specific circumstances and objectives.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques to provide immediate support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to both ethical and legal standards for client care.

• Collaborate actively with our interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to promote comprehensive care for clients, aligning their treatment goals across various specialties.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, effective treatment options, and available community resources, serving as a dedicated advocate for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training and workshops, staying current with best practices in mental health therapy to enhance your skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, such as children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships challenges, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong clinical assessment capabilities with significant diagnostic skills.

• At least two years of related professional experience in mental health therapy.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effectively rapport-building with clients.
\n
• Ability to work independently while also demonstrating collaboration skills as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• A commitment to ethical practice and professionalism in a therapeutic setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to a diverse client population is preferred, though not required for entry-level roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a competitive benefits package.
