Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions for adult clients by utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative modalities.

• Seamlessly conduct virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring clients are comfortable and engaged in their treatments.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services, maintaining a high standard of professional care during emergencies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to remain informed about the latest advances in mental health treatment and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n
