Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your critical duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to establish a baseline for treatment.

• Formulating personalized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs, issues, and goals, in collaboration with the clients themselves.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Leading couples therapy sessions, aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering strong relationships.
\n
• Monitoring clients' progress through regular evaluations and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engaging in crisis intervention and providing essential support to clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Staying informed of the latest developments in marriage and family therapy to continually enhance your practice.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples. You will support clients facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and other mental health concerns. Your empathetic approach will empower clients to make informed decisions about their treatment, enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Strong skills in conducting timely client assessments and completing necessary documentation.

• Effective communication and writing abilities, with proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
