Key Responsibilities\n

• Support crisis intervention needs for patients and their families, employing de-escalation techniques to address acute mental health challenges as they arise.

• Educate patients and their families about available mental health resources, guiding them toward support systems within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while fostering continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
