Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans focusing on their unique recovery needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on therapy, and modern rehabilitation equipment, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor patient progress by documenting treatments, responses to therapies, and overall patient improvements in line with established therapeutic goals.
• Reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic objectives remain aligned with patient progress.
• Guide patients and their families in using assistive devices and self-care equipment correctly for optimal recovery and independence.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and collaborative health team members on appropriate exercises and treatment modalities, enhancing the overall support system involved in patient recovery.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices by participating in workshops, networking events, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Eisenhower Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
