Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical assessments.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies to formulate accurate clinical decisions.
• Diagnose and manage a range of acute health conditions, demonstrating a proactive approach to treatment and patient education.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for chronic diseases, with a focus on minimizing complications and enhancing patient quality of life.
• Prescribe and adjust medications based on ongoing evaluations, ensuring patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of patient records and schedules to support seamless healthcare delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, wellness practices, and preventive measures to empower informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, followed by a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• A valid and current Physician Assistant license to practice in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A strong work ethic combined with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
• A current DEA number may be required for prescribing controlled substances.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to 180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
