Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through telehealth sessions to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment strategies, incorporating evidence-based practices that address unique client challenges and support their journey towards mental well-being.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques that encourage client engagement and promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, ensuring an integrated and client-centered approach to care.

• Educate clients’ families about mental health issues, providing resources and support to encourage involvement in the client’s recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to professional, ethical, and legal standards, as well as ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with clients and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working within a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in a telehealth or virtual counseling role is highly desirable.
