Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement various psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' histories and develop initial treatment and discharge plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting the approach as necessary to align with the established treatment plans.

• Create initial treatment plans that reflect clients’ needs as identified in assessments and adjust them as necessary to ensure the most effective care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services, ensuring compliance with facility and professional standards, and update records as clients progress.

• Manage and maintain an assigned caseload, providing timely, empathetic, and professional support to each client.

• Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate services with other staff and mental health professionals.

• Exercise a patient-centered approach, addressing any unmet needs and proactively seeking resolutions to complaints to ensure optimum patient safety and satisfaction.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned that align with the needs of our practice and the clients.
