Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical health, utilizing assessments to establish effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various treatment modalities, including therapeutic exercises, stretching techniques, and manual therapy, to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and therapeutic goals, continually updating them based on patient progress.
• Document patient treatments, responses, and improvements meticulously, ensuring accurate tracking of clinical outcomes.
• Conduct regular patient reevaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuous improvement in care delivery.
• Advise patients on the use of assistive devices and educate families and caregivers on physical therapy practices to support rehabilitation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other healthcare providers to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
