Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the LICSW will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments that help identify patients' strengths and challenges along with family dynamics, environmental factors, and any psychological elements linked to physical health issues.

• Evaluating and diagnosing various mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and behavior challenges, utilizing accepted psychological principles and practices.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and supportive counseling, setting achievable goals in collaboration with clients.

• Documenting all interactions, assessments, and treatment provided in timely and accurate medical records while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engaging in team consultations to discuss complex cases and develop interdisciplinary strategies that optimize patient outcomes.

• Taking on additional responsibilities as required, contributing to overall team efficacy and patient care enhancement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a regionally accredited institution, inclusive of a clinical internship aligned with professional standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
