We're hiring driven, curious individuals ready to start a career in tech sales as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, admin, or something completely differentwhat matters most is your mindset, not your resume.
This isn't a "figure it out on your own" role. You'll get structured training, real coaching, and the chance to build skills that companies actually hire for.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Learning how to communicate valuenot just pitch
- Booking meetings for senior sales reps
- Using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and SalesLoft
- Building confidence in conversations, objection handling, and problem-solving
