About the Role Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our commercial efforts. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in supporting the Directors of Clinical Solutions (US) by generating and qualifying new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients. You’ll identify key decision‑makers, open conversations, and secure meetings that lead to strategic partnerships. This position offers a fast‑paced environment with high visibility, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities Prospect and research potential clients in the European biopharma and CRO ecosystem. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Directors of Clinical Solutions. Execute outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on event follow‑ups, campaigns, and lead nurturing. Provide feedback to continuously improve our outbound messaging and market segmentation. Represent Biorce’s mission and AI‑driven vision with professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements Must‑haves 2+ years of SDR, inside sales, or business development experience, ideally in healthtech, biotech, or SaaS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised and goal‑oriented, with a passion for growth and learning. Comfortable working remotely and across time zones in a fast‑paced, international environment. Nice‑to‑Haves Understanding of clinical trials, pharma operations, or digital health is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar). Why Join Us?
