Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Accurate Connection Counseling, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, suitability for various counseling approaches, and determine appropriate referrals.

• Deliver culturally-sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, integrating case management as needed.
\n
• Consult with clients, case managers, and other health care providers to create coordinated care plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health needs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health episodes, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.
\n
• Facilitate and participate in case conferences and clinical team meetings, contributing to best practices and quality care discussions.
\n
• Engage in individual and group supervision, to enhance professional growth and develop therapeutic skills.
\n
• Assess clients for work readiness and learning needs, providing psychological assessments and recommendations tailored to clients’ comprehension levels.

• Complete psychological assessment reports to document findings and provide constructive feedback to clients.

• Perform other duties as assigned that align with departmental goals and improve service delivery.

Your role will impact a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and various forms of trauma and grief. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Social Work License as per Washington State regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in delivering a range of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with various mental health diagnoses.

• A clean history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n
