Work Environment\n

As part of a multidisciplinary team based remotely, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic support and treatment tailored to each patient's requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the biopsychosocial needs of clients, carefully evaluating their strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient functioning and symptom management, with progress monitored regularly to adapt strategies as necessary.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, ensuring that all interventions are evidence-based and clinically suitable.

• Engage in collaborative program planning with the psychiatry team, contributing your insights to enhance overall patient care and treatment strategies.

• Document progress notes effectively using telehealth systems and electronic health records, with training provided to ensure you are comfortable with the technology.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in Pennsylvania.
