Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks aimed at supporting clients' mental health needs. Key activities include:

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes, including setting measurable goals during sessions.

• Delivering crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential progress notes and client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and staying updated on the latest research and therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
